Today we still follow the principle of affordable quality and we now have a wealth of expertise and over 100 ski chalets to choose from!
We create a perfect home-from-home, with an informal and relaxed atmosphere, down to a
crackling fire in the evening. You need do nothing other than find your way to the dining table to
enjoy a delicious, freshly cooked 3 or 4 course menu with unlimited wine until coffee. And knowing the washing up and cleaning are taken care of can’t be bad. Now, there’s a thought for Christmas!
Our lovely ski chalets are often family homes and vary from picturesque chocolate box mountain retreats to purpose-built chalet apartments with all rooms en suite. Many enjoy prime ski-in/out locations and others are close to the slopes. More and more boast their own (or access to) saunas, hot tubs and pools.
Friends, families, couples… the more the merrier (and better value!)
Many gather a party of friends or family together and take a whole ski chalet to themselves. Or, you may prefer to book individually, as a couple or smaller ski group and meet fellow skiers and boarders. You may prefer a chalet hotel for meeting more people as these are our larger properties offering menu selections, choices of wine and enhanced breakfasts.

Before you leave
Our reservations team are all skiers or boarders themselves. They undergo a comprehensive training programme and visit our chalets. No better way to help you with the details.

Our ski chalet hosts have been chosen for their friendly, outgoing personalities and for the fact that they share our values: our commitment to exceptional service and, importantly, great food. Your ski chalet host will have been trained both to deliver a delicious menu and to make your ski chalet a relaxing home-from-home. We run one of the most respected and extensive training programmes in the Alps at the beginning of the season and monitor every chalet throughout the season.
Our ski chalet hosts enjoy a well-earned night off during your stay. Breakfast and afternoon tea will be laid out for you and in the evening you are free to enjoy a local restaurant – ask our resort teams about the restaurants in town, they will be pleased to help.
Christmas and New Year celebrations
There is no better place to be at Christmas than in a beautiful snow covered winter wonderland enjoying a delicious Christmas meal cooked for you – with all the washing up taken care of! On New Year’s Eve, enjoy a special celebration menu with champagne to start. Our hosts will have all the details of events taking place in resort – many of which have fantastic firework displays. Single Travellers
A ski chalet or ski chalet hotel is the ideal way to ski if you are a single booker. In our European ski chalets we are one of the few companies to offer clients the possibility of sharing a room with another single booker and therefore not paying a supplement. (Subject to availability. Two weekers may need to change rooms).

Skiworld's In Resort Team
• Our Resort Managers are highly experienced people with excellent customer service skills. They are the team leaders who ensure that every aspect of your ski holiday exceeds your expectations.
• Our Resort Representatives look after you at the airport, save you time and effort by delivering your lift passes to your chalet and will advise you on ski school and book instructors for you. They are on hand throughout your stay and will be able to help you make the most of our varied après-ski programme.
• Our Head Chalet Hosts, Chalet Hosts and Chalet Hotel Chefs follow our comprehensive training programme and in addition complete Health and Hygiene training. They are selected for their culinary skills and their friendly, helpful personalities and professional attitudes.
• Our Ski Hosts provide a ski leading programme giving you the chance to familiarise yourself with the
resort quickly and enjoyably. This also gives you the chance to meet fellow skiers and boarders and have a great day on the slopes.
• Our Overseas Management Team ensure that our resort teams are delivering exceptional service
consistently, from December until April, by visiting every one of our chalets regularly. |
